Death of Clemence Housman

Clemence Housman died in Avalon, a nursing home in Bristol, on December 6, 1955, at the age of 94, after a series of strokes. Laurence had been able to visit her a few days before her death. At the burial of her ashes  at Smallcombe cemetery, she received a full Church of England service. (Oakley, Inseparable Siblings)
