Denbighshire
Denbighshire is a county in Wales and the longest known inhabited part of the country. Located in the coastal Northeast, Denbighshire attracts many tourists due its fertile valleys, coastal regions, and several castles. Pontnewydd (Bontnewydd-Llanelwy) Palaeolithic site hosts Neanderthal remains from 225,000 years ago. The annual Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod is held here.
